Winterberries Returns Policy

At Winterberries, we are committed to providing the highest quality products and exceptional customer service. Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and hygiene, we will only accept returned items if they are unopened, in their original packaging and accompanied by a Winterberries Return Form.

You have the right to return your product for any reason within 14 days. The return period begins from the day of delivery of your order. The original delivery and handling charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 14 days of receipt of returned goods.


To return an item:
  1. Email info@winterberries.store with your order number.
  2. Print the Return Form that we email you and complete as required.
  3. Package your items securely and post with Return Form included to:
